Churches together in Skewen – Coed D’arcy Songs of Praise,

Churches together in Skewen held an open air service at the new Coed Darcy village on the Sunday evening of the 16th July 2017, as part of outreach into the development.

The service was lead by Methodist Superintendent Minister Reverend Chris Gray, with assistance from Skewen Methodist Minister Reverend Kofi Amissah, Captain Jo Walters [Salvation army] and vicar Reverend Chris Coles [Church in Wales]. The Salvation army band supported the hymn singing as ever, with singing from Skewen Methodist Church, The Salvation Army. Skewen Corp, Gorffwysfa Church, Skewen and St. Johns Church Neath Abbey.

Several residents attended the service on a beautiful sunny summer evening.
